West Chester Holdings, Inc. was founded by Dick Alderson in 1978. Dick started the company out of his home providing reliable work gloves and exceptional service. He brought Terry Schuh into the operation in 1984. Together, they worked to expand the company and soon became a leader in industrial protective clothing, rainwear and work gloves.
Throughout the years, West Chester has realized unparrell growth. As the demand for West Chester's quality service grew, so too did our need to expand our facility. In 1990, the company moved into a much larger building. But this new home would not last long. In 1999, West Chester built a 250,000 square foot state-of- the-art facility in Monroe, Ohio, to accomodate growth now and in the future.
West Chester is celebrating our 30th year in business. Building on the past and positioning for the future, West Chester takes their long standing tradition of exceptional customer service, product quality and value to the next level. We are committed to operational excellence, customer satisfaction and to our employees. We offer thousands of products to fit your every need, the most knowledgeable sales staff in the country, and solutions. With these practices, West Chester is one of the largest glove companies in America today.
